US$500 Refundable Deposit required including bookings by Agents. Deposit refunded by post or telegraphic transfer approx. 1 week after check-out.

Check Out Policy:
Guest departure is 12 noon. Check out after 12 noon is 100% daily rate. Strictly observed.

Gratuities:

3 - 5 % of total bill paid is standard, assuming good service. Service fees are very important to the staff.

Rates based on up to 8 persons including children. Over 8 persons is USD$35 plus 10% per person additional.
