Small boutique villas prepare "in-house"
meals in limited portions. This results in higher portion costs
and lesser quality as compared to several top-listed restaurants
only minutes away.
Now with a close working relationship with 5
or 6 of Bali's best restaurants, we offer a very extensive menu
(see below) from "eggs benedict to seafood chowder to wagu
beef and fois gras"...and at reasonable cost, fresh and of
higher standard. Also, this way guests pay "exactly" the cost of
each item plus a 10 to 20% preparation fee to the villa.
Procedure: prior to each meal, guests
check-off from an extensive menu what they prefer. Within 15 to
20 minutes the food arrives. Minutes later the cook lays out the
meals, adding garnish and condiments, provided by the villa at
no charge. Guests give the Manager a certain amount of money
every few days and he pays the restaurants for the food as it
arrives day-by-day.
